ENRICHMENT NEWS FROM BRADFORD

Detectives are hunting a gang believed to be responsible for attacking and robbing a woman and a 16-year-old girl in separate incidents in Bradford.

In the first robbery, the group – described by police as being Asian men in their late teens or early 20s – walked up to a 31-year-old woman in Charteris Road, Allerton, and pushed her to the floor before rummaging through her pockets and hitting her.

She was left with injuries and the men made off with her mobile phone and cash.

The same gang is believed to have struck again when four Asian men demanded a 16-year-old girl hand over cash after approaching her at a bus stop in Bell Dean Road, Allerton.
