Barnsley BNP June Meeting

The Barnsley branch of the BNP held a successful meeting last Thursday evening.

Barnsley local and parliamentary candidate, Colin Porter opened the meeting and introduced guest speaker, Peter Strudwick, a former Conservative Westminster councillor.
Peter delivered an excellent speech, covering a variety of subjects including the economy, education and immigration. Peter Said, "Joining the BNP is the best thing I have done."
The audience gave Peter a well deserved round of
applause for sharing his political experiences.

Second speaker of the evening was Barnsley BNP organiser, Ian Sutton, who told the audience Barnsley BNP stand a full slate of candidates who are already dedicated to working in the community. Everyone in Barnsley has a BNP candidate to vote for.

The audience gasped with disgust when Ian mentioned the fact that councillors in Barnsley receive an extra £9000 a year for chairing meetings which is absolutely ridiculous. Also, Barnsley council heavily funded a Love Music Hate Racism event in May, while some kids in the area are living below the poverty line.

Spending cuts threaten to take away free school meals for children, while suspended Labour MP, Eric Illsley claimed £400 a month for food for years.

Severe spending cuts will come, after all this country is in £1.4 trillion of debt, so why the continuation of foreign aid?

The BNP meeting was enjoyed by all who attended.
