Radio RWB: John Walker interviews Nick Griffin about news reports admitting BNP were correct about the Muslim paedophile grooming of young white girls.

The controlled media has finally admitted that there are Muslim paedophile gangs operating in Britain which prey on young white females, a fact for which Nick Griffin was twice put on trial for daring to say.

In a front page article in the Times newspaper, the existence of the Muslim paedophile gangs is openly acknowledged, although that paper quite falsely claims that it has the story “exclusively.”

In reality, Mr Griffin was arrested in 2004 after comments he made about the Muslim paedophile groom gangs scandal were broadcast on the BBC documentary, The Secret Agent.

The British National Party leader was charged with “using words or behaviour intended or likely to stir up racial hatred” for pointing out what the Times today has repeated and now presented as an “exclusive” story.

SEXUAL GROOMING OF YOUNG WHITE GIRLS IN YORKSHIRE

Remember when the British National Party first spoke out about the despicable and unforgiving act of sexual grooming of young white girls by muslim gangs?

They were called, 'racist' by the liberal left and were accused of causing division in our wonderful multicultural communities.

The British National Party told the truth and still do, although they know the truth is no defence against the political elite who, at the price of accusing young white girls of being prostitutes instead of being victims and brushing their sexual abuse under the carpet, allowed the muslim gangs to carry on, and for what?

Because they WILL have a multicultural Britain, at the expense of the despised indigenous people of Britain falling victim to the ever recurring muslim enrichment that has been forced upon us.

Another Successful Barnsley BNP Meeting

Barnsley BNP organiser, Ian Sutton gave an opening speech to a packed venue in Barnsley on Thursday evening. He welcomed members and supporters old and new and thanked them for their continued support. He then introduced local speaker, BNP member and super activist, John Bettney.

John, (photo on right) launched into his maiden speech with his experiences of army life. He spoke of his horror of returning to Leicester in 1989 after two years away in Hong Kong. He said, Leicester had changed dramatically, and sadly it had lost it's English traditions.

John went on to tell the audience about the tours he did whilst been in the army, six tours in Bosnia and one in Iraq. One of the most important lessons the army could teach soldiers, is that when you're in another country, you learn the peoples way of life and you respect their identity and culture, something, he said, which is very much lacking in this country from the people who come and colonise it.

After twenty two years in the army, John left two years ago, but says, "I will never stop fighting for my country."


The final speech of the evening came from the BNP Deputy Chairman, Simon Darby.
Simon was given a very warm welcome from the audience.
The Deputy Chairman gave a talk on a wide variety of issues, from his pleasure of receiving his results from a DNA test, which proves that he is; Y-DNA Haplogroup I, “EUROPE’S NATIVE SONS”
I'm sure many more people will want to take this test to rubbish the left's claim that we're all mongrels.

Simon continued his speech about the public outrage of Nick Griffin being bullied on Question Time, Which led on to talk about MP's expenses.

Simon also brought up the issue of pensioners putting their trust in the Labour party, a party that has allowed pensioners to die through cold related illnesses, while MP's are busy flipping homes.

Another Labour scandal which he spoke about is the state of some NHS hospitals, they have become so dirty this has resulted in deaths. All the while Labour have pledged more foreign aid.

When you sit and think about it, there's been a lot of shocking unnecessary deaths under this Labour government.

Simon finished off his speech by telling the audience that the BNP has serious clout in Yorkshire and that the opposition will not break us as a people.

EU Member States And Their Political Opponents

ANDREW Brons has again warned MEPs, in a contribution to the European Parliament, that some Member States of the European Union are far from democratic in the way they deal with their political opponents.

Yesterday, during the evening session in Strasbourg, he was able draw attention to the heavy-handed behaviour of some Governments, in a similar speech to the one he made to the a Joint Parliamentary Meeting of the European Parliament and the Parliaments of Member States just last week.

Andrew’s ability to catch the eye of the Parliament’s speaker and committee chairmen to make his pronoucements on a wide range of topics, has attracted the attention of the media, and Andrew’s latest contribution might well feature on BBC 1’s Politics Show for Yorkshire & the Humber, this weekend.

This is what the British National Party MEP had to say:

“The European Union would like to see itself as a union of democratic member states. However, we must look at the reality.

In Belgium, only a few years ago, the state took steps to ban one of the larger political parties. In Germany, at about the same time, there were unsuccessful attempts to ban a party on the basis of incriminating statements made by people who were shown to be paid state operatives.

In Hungary, opposition parties are physically attacked by officers of the state, their members arrested and tortured.

In the United Kingdom, a militia (above) sponsored by the Governing Party and by the Leader of the Opposition, carries out violent and sometimes armed attacks on the Government’s enemies.

There are restrictions on non-violent freedom of speech in nearly all EU countries. Indeed the European Union is in the forefront of trying to legislate against states of mind – various phobia – which can only be described only as thought crime”.

BNP leader Nick Griffin accuses police of abandoning his security at BBC

Nick Griffin, the BNP leader, has accused the police of refusing to discuss security arrangements for his visit to the BBC on Thursday.

Anti-fascist campaigners plan to stage a protest against Mr Griffin's presence on Question Time when it is filmed at the BBC's Television Centre in west London.

Mr Griffin said the party has formally requested that the Metropolitan Police appoint a liaison officer so he could discuss police arrangements for his entrance to the studio.

He said a "middle ranking" officer told him, "It's your problem, not ours."

Mr Griffin added: "I merely wanted to arrange a meeting to discuss the situation and for the police to appoint a liaison officer so that I can actually get into the building safely.

“In such a situation, this is standard procedure and a perfectly responsible thing to do but they refused outright. It was explained that the reason for the request was to ensure there would be a minimum of public disruption outside the BBC studios on Thursday.

“I can only deduce that the police will simply stand and watch if, as is quite likely, there is disruption when I arrive at the studio. I asked the police to put this in writing but they refused.

"This is an outrageous dereliction of police duty and I am minded to seek a judicial review in view of this action, or rather in-action."

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said they had a policing plan for the planned demonstration and added: “The plan includes ensuring that Mr Griffin gets into the building in a timely and safe manner. His security once inside the building is the responsibility of the BBC.”

Mr Griffin warned that there would be a “hysterical atmosphere” in the studio but claimed there was enormous public support for him to appear on Question Time and there was "absolutely no reason" why he should not.

He said: "Far-left groups have been applying in droves to appear on the programme and I suspect that opinion on the party within the BBC will be well represented in the audience. There will be a hysterial atmosphere, both inside and outside the studio which could well create serious problems. I would not be surprised if there is so much heckling that it will be impossible to speak.

"I am a bit bemused by all the fuss. After all, when Gerry Adams appeared on Question Time there were no problems at all."

Lisa Brooksbank - St Helens

Lisa Brooksbank is the Barnsley BNP candidate for the St Helens Ward; she is 37 years old, has two lovely children and she resides within the Barnsley borough. Barnsley Nationalist asked her the following few questions.

When did you first get involved in Nationalism?
I suppose I’ve always been a nationalist, although at first I was probably a civic nationalist. I’ve always had a strong interest in our history and culture and in the changing face of our country today. It was probably the current problems that our nation is facing that brought me to realise that I am actually an ethno nationalist.

How did you get involved with the BNP in Barnsley?
The Barnsley organiser at the time, Paul Harris canvassed my house; he asked if I would consider voting for the BNP, to which I replied “Yes definitely”. I bought my first VOF from him and after reading it I was disgusted with what was going on in my country and with the lack of coverage by the mainstream media. I bought 2 or 3 more VOF’s from Ian Sutton who is the candidate for the ward where I resided, before I approached him to see if there was any sort of meetings etc that I could attend. I wanted to learn as much as possible about the party.

How did you become a candidate for the BNP?
It was at my second meeting that one of the speakers, Marlene Guest had me in tears; her speech was so emotional and struck a chord with everything I stand for and believe in. Once the meeting was over I asked Paul and Ian if I could stand as a candidate in the next election. They asked me to think about it for a while and be certain that I was making the right decision. It wasn’t long before I contacted them to confirm my intentions.

Weren’t you apprehensive about standing?
It might be surprising but, no. I was proud to be standing. The support I got from family, friends and neighbours was fantastic, that alone gave me a great moral boost and fired up my determination.

What was your result and will you be standing again?
My result was great, considering that I had no time to do any work in the ward; I got 311 votes which was 16.7% of the total vote. The result proved to me that the electorate are waking up and are realising what problems lay ahead, so this reassured me that the BNP are needed within Barnsley. I am looking forward to representing the Party in the next elections.

We understand you are quite active within the Party and spend a considerable amount of time ‘out in the field’ so to speak.
Yes, in between work and being a mother to two lovely kids I donate all my spare time to the party, canvassing, leafleting or selling VOF’s. There is much to be done to save our town, so I don’t mind doing any work that will help Barnsley BNP go forward.

Have you come across any problems while you have been involved in your activism?
Yes, the so called anti BNP activists who don’t really understand what we stand for have tried to deter me now on two separate occasions. I had a table kicked into me in the town centre and on the second occasion I was pushed over by some lads, both these incidents happened while selling papers. However, whilst on the streets leafleting and canvassing I have only experienced the odd insult and negative response.

But you are still here.
I am not going anywhere. Their actions have only strengthened my support for the Party and made me more determined to achieve my goal. Once we start to get Councillors in the town hall, we can make Barnsley people more aware of what the Communists parading under the Labour Party banner are actually doing to our town.

What are your long term plans?
The BNP needs Councillors in every town and borough, we also need MP’s, not only here in the UK but also in Europe, that is until we have enough power to get us out of the hellhole. So I will continue with the fight to take the BNP forwards, regardless of what obstacles are thrown in our path. I have children and I want them to have a future, a safe future under British Law, not European and certainly not Sharia law.

PROGRESS IN BARNSLEY

The election results in Barnsley represent a significant step forwards for the BNP. Four results were over 20% - Darton West (27%), Central (25.8%), Dearne South (22.6%, and Dearne North (21.6%). This compares with last year when only Darton West was in this category with 24%. Also last year we only managed 3rd and 4th places but this year we have 3 second places in Darton West, Central, and Dearne North.

The Darton West ward was most hard fought in this election. It was clear from last years result when we took 701 votes as compared to Labour’s 933, that this was going to be our main target ward. The BNP started canvassing and leafleting this ward soon after the 2006 election, and this continued right through to the 2007 election. We know that Labour were genuinely worried that they were going to lose to the BNP in Darton West and they pulled out all the stops in their bid to beat us. Many of their Councillors were out on the doorstep in the ward and they distributed 4 different campaign leaflets and one mail shot to postal voters and new voters. In the event their greater manpower and resources plus their longer established position overwhelmed the BNP effort but they had to drag out all their voters to secure their victory. We still increased our vote from 701 to 894 and moved up from third to second position so although we didn’t win we are still well pleased with the result.

The greatest increase in our vote came in the Central ward where we jumped from 15% in 2006 to 25.8% this year. This shows the effect of standing a first class candidate and spending money on a professional full colour glossy leaflet. The same can be said for Dearne South where our vote jumped from 17.6% to 22.6%.

Overall we took 7822 votes in the 18 wards we stood in which is an average of 16.08% of the vote in each. Last year we took 4067 votes from 11 wards which is an average of 15.62% per ward. This may not seem much of an increase but as can be seen from the above comments it’s the target wards that count. We averaged 17.13% of the vote in those wards where we stood a candidate in 2006 which is a fairer reflection of our progress. Some of the wards where we did no work, not even putting out a single B+W leaflet, did see a drop in our vote from 2006, but in these wards our supporters would not have even known that there was a candidate for them to vote for, so they would not have made the effort to go to the polling station.

When we compare our results with the other parties we see another trend emerging. We are firmly ahead of the Tories beating them in 15 out of 18 contests. The Lib Dems did not do much better against us losing to us in 5 out of 8 contests. Also we are starting to encroach upon the Barnsley Independent Group (BIG) territory beating them in 4 out of 14 contests. Labour did beat us in all 18 wards we stood in although in Old Town this lead narrowed to only 205 votes. The old cliché of the left wingers that ‘the BNP is not wanted in Barnsley’ is looking very jaded indeed.

One surprising result was our taking of second place in Dearne North on our first time standing in the ward. We received 466 votes which represents 46% of the winning Labour candidates vote, a not insurmountable lead. Also in several wards our third place was only a few votes from second place – 6 votes in Wombwell, 18 votes in Darton East, and 38 votes in St. Helen’s. However there is still a lot of work required in these wards to catch up with the winners, but if people can see us taking second place it will encourage them to vote for us.

This year has seen a magnificent effort from the candidates, activists, and supporters of the BNP. Many wards were seeing groups of 5, 6, or 7 leafleters and canvassers working long hours in promoting the Party to the voters. The spirit of comradeship and unity in fighting for a righteous cause has been heart warming.

No doubt our best results will not have escaped the attention of that anti-British group of cowards, anarchists, and traitors calling themselves Unite Against Fascism (UAF). But with their number of activists struggling to get into double figures they were hard pressed to match the BNP effort. This year’s election campaign has been at least 3 times bigger than last years. There have been more wards fought, higher calibre candidates, more activists, more leaflets put out, and an even more welcoming reception from the public. At this rate of progress we will soon begin to see the stranglehold of the Established parties begin to slip in Barnsley.

'Democracy Day' Flop

....

The ‘heroes’ of Barnsley UAF were so alarmed and distressed when they heard of the 18 BNP candidates in Barnsley that they immediately drew up plans for a mass rally and demonstration in which the people of Barnsley could show their wholesale rejection of the policies of the BNP and indeed it’s very existence. The event would be called ‘Democracy Day’ and would be held in Barnsley town centre on Saturday 14th April. Adverts in the Barnsley Chronicle and on the internet would draw the crowds to listen to speakers on the wonders of multiculturalism, and the ever present danger of a resurgent Nazi Party.

As everyone knows the British National Party is an evil invention of the devil. It is opposed to all forms of freedom and democracy and the fact that it is a legally registered British political party and takes a full part in the democratic process by standing candidates in elections, just shows how wicked and perverse are its methods.

Anyway the stage was set. How many could be expected to turn up to show their distaste for the BNP? It was anyone’s guess. Estimates ranged between 200 to thousands. Everything was ready. The leaflets were printed, the banners were ready. The BNP won’t be able to get out of this. Good will triumph and the morons and chancers of the BNP will be forced to admit there is just no demand for them in a town like Barnsley.

So how many members of the public actually turned up for this well publicised event. Well according to information received the estimates proved to be not completely accurate. In fact the estimates were out by 100%. There were no members of the public there. The event consisted of 6 or 7 members of the UAF standing around holding bundles of leaflets hoping that interested members of the public would approach them and ask for a leaflet. There were one or two other UAF members taking a more proactive role by actually approaching passers-by and urging them to ‘vote for anyone but don’t vote for the BNP’, and presenting them with two leaflets. One leaflet tried to create a link between the BNP and an historical political party in a foreign country, and the other one reassured people that actually there isn’t an immigration problem at all, and that really there is nothing whatsoever to be concerned about.

After a couple of hours our ‘heroes’ had had enough. They took down their paste table with the ‘don’t vote BNP’ posters, and went to the pub. This was D day in Barnsley. Another blow struck for freedom and democracy. The glowing report on the UAF website is eagerly awaited. No doubt they will say there was a substantial turnout for the event and that many thousands of leaflets were snapped up. However we know what happened because WE WERE THERE!

BARNSLEY BNP ELECTION CAMPAIGN

Barnsley BNP is going to be standing a significant number of candidates in the local elections taking place on 3rd May. These elections are critical to the future of Barnsley. The Labour run Council is ruthlessly forcing multiculturalism on the unwilling population of Barnsley. They are forcing us down a road that the vast majority of us do not want to go. We need brave men and women to join our campaign teams in promoting our Party to the people of Barnsley. CANVASSING FOR VOTES

Question: How do you get someone to vote BNP? Answer: Ask them to. It’s as simple as that and it means going door to door on the ward you are targeting.

It’s the same routine at every door. 1) check on the register for the person’s name 2) knock on the door. 3) If after 2 knocks no one answers post them a leaflet 4) If however the door is answered look them in the eye and say in a smooth and confident but sincere voice “Is it Mr/Mrs Smith? I’m canvassing for the local election in May. We’re from the British National Party, the BNP. We are standing a local man in the election. Would you consider voting for us? At this point there is no way you can tell from the appearance of the person what their answer will be.

The possible reaction can go from one extreme to the other. From a very strong “yes - definitely! The other parties haven’t got a prayer, I’m right behind you”, to the other extreme “ no - no way! In fact you can get off my drive you Nazi.”

But people can say lots of different things, some of them totally unexpected. One of the most surprising things you occasionally hear is “the BNP, who’s that? I’ve never heard of them” Clearly current events or politics is of no interest to these people whatsoever. Another reaction that is encountered occasionally is for a look of sheer terror to appear in the person’s eyes, as though they were confronted by the devil himself. They say in a very shaky voice “no thanks” and quickly shut the door. These people are obviously very gullible and are completely taken in by the media line that we are the Nazi Party reincarnated.

Another more positive reaction is for the person to furtively look up and down the street and then say in a low voice “yes I’ll be voting for you, but don’t write anything down”. You can sympathise with these people. The Establishment’s fearsome intimidation of anyone who dissents from the multicultural orthodoxy is clearly affecting them strongly.
Many people though can see through the media propaganda and the Establishment intimidation and are open minded about the BNP. They know there’s a major problem in the country and want to know if we’re the people to sort it out. This is where canvassing really scores. No amount of leaflets can match the face to face encounter with a real BNP member. The person is often very pleased that you have taken the time to call on them personally and are interested in what they are going to do on Election Day. You often have an interesting conversation with them and sometimes manage to sell them a copy of Freedom. You can be sure that a large percentage of these people will do just what you have asked them to do – vote BNP.

It’s the bad reactions that you do occasionally get that puts many people off canvassing, but you do naturally get hardened to it. These do-gooders seem to think that by giving you a bit of verbal abuse they have scored a major victory. You can imagine them saying to their friends and family “I saw those BNP men off in a hurry – they won’t be round here again for a long time”. The reality is when they shut their door we go to the next one and continue with the job. We couldn’t care less what they say – it’s a numbers game and they have only got one vote.

On one canvassing expedition a car drove up and a middle aged lady jumped out, ran across the street and thrust a leaflet into my hand. “I don’t want this rubbish” she said. I just thought how sad is that? She has nothing better to do than drive around the streets to find someone who just posted her a leaflet. “Doesn’t matter” I said to her “you’ve only got one vote”.

Of course there are many people who as soon as you say the words “canvassing for election” their eyes glaze over. They’re just not interested. “I’m having my dinner at the moment” is another version of this. They might as well say “the future of the British people can go to hell because I’m having my dinner”.

Whatever the reaction you get from the person you mark the register accordingly. It’s either a ‘Y’ for yes, an ‘N’ for no, or a ‘P’ for possible. We also have another mark for people who can’t be bothered. We mark ‘NI’ for not interested. Of the people we talk to around 8% are NI. The plan is that in the week before the election we either call on our Y’s again, or post them a copy of Freedom to encourage them to turn out.

It remains to be seen if our efforts at canvassing have worked. If we had a bigger team I’m sure we could win with canvassing, as the support is definitely there, but you have to work with what you’ve got.
In any case whatever happens our consciences will be clear when the whole multicultural experiment goes into its final death spiral.

BEST BARNSLEY MEETING YET.

The Barnsley BNP meeting held on Tuesday 6th March was agreed by everyone to be the best meeting we have had since the group was started nearly 6 years ago. There were over 100 people in the audience to hear three very interesting and enthralling speakers.

The meeting was chaired by Barnsley activist and candidate Ian Sutton, giving the Organiser a well deserved rest. Ian thanked everyone for attending and introduced the first speaker, Neil Bramley, who will be our Dearne North candidate in the forthcoming local elections in May.

It was Neil’s maiden speech and it was a blinder. Neil spoke of how, if the indigenous people of Britain don’t stand up now and join and vote for the BNP, we as a race will disappear from these islands, overwhelmed by a tsunami of immigrants. We owe it to our forefathers who fought for this country in two world wars, and also to our children who will suffer grievously if we cannot wrestle control of this country from the corrupt and chronically politically correct Establishment. The speech was very well received by the audience, and Neil is sure to follow this up with more appearances at Barnsley and other branch meetings.

The second speaker was Bradford South Organiser Darren Mamby. Darren spoke of how far the situation had deteriorated in Bradford, and how the Muslims were openly stating that this was their city now. Also how the local press in Bradford attributed great importance to any suspected racially motivated attack on an ethnic minority person, but comparatively little importance to a similar or worse attack on an indigenous person. He also related how he had been robbed of victory at the May 2006 local election, where the initial count showed that he had won, but this was followed by a further 3 recounts in which somehow more Labour votes appeared, and he ended up losing by 68 votes.

There was then a twenty minute interval during which fund holder Graham White sold raffle tickets and merchandise, and our cameraman took the photograph shown. Anyone who believes we are exaggerating the attendance at our meetings can see how big the room is and how people were forced to stand at the back due to all the seats being taken.

In the second half of the meeting Ian Sutton introduced our main speaker, Bradford North Organiser Frank Brammer. Frank has a well deserved reputation as an informative and powerful speaker and has spoken at many BNP meetings throughout Yorkshire.

Frank related how he had come to join the BNP and how what we are doing now has parallels going back into British history as far as Boadicea’s resistance to the Roman occupation. He spoke of the Muslim paedophile scandal in Keighley where his 11 year old daughter goes to school, and how the police and media are desperately covering up and downplaying the situation. He also read out a letter to his MP Shahid Malik, which he wrote in response to Malik’s statement that the BNP made him feel ill. The letter made it clear that our Frank was not particularly enamoured of the behaviour of the Muslim community from which Mr Malik came – putting it politely.

The meeting was wound up with the raffle being drawn in which many of the prize winners generously donated their prize to the BNP for our next meeting. A cap was then passed around and over two hundred pounds was donated to Barnsley BNP funds.

If the Party keeps growing at this rate we shall very soon be looking for bigger premises in which to hold our meetings.

Ian Sutton Interview 2008

Ian joined the BNP in October 2003 and is the party candidate for the Darton West Ward. He resides in Barugh Green which is within the ward he represents. He is married with three grown up daughters, two step sons, two grandsons and a granddaughter. He is employed as a team leader in engineering at a packaging company in West Yorkshire. Barnsley nationalist put the following questions to him.

How is your campaign to save Barnsley going?

Fantastic. Paul Harris has stood down as Barnsley organiser and handed the reins to me, so now it’s my watch and I can assure the people of Barnsley that I will not be letting them down. We need to get onto the council as soon as possible, because it really is a battle to survive.

The party is getting bigger by the day and we have more activists than ever working throughout Barnsley, this is helping us get our message across to more people which in turn is increasing the number of people that will vote for us. Out of these we are getting new members, activists and quality candidates.

Not that we need any convincing of what we are doing is right, but when I went to a full council meeting recently, I was given an insight to what this Labour council really think of us and what they want for the people of Barnsley. A councillor stood up and stated “he is proud and glad that Barnsley is becoming more multicultural and also that these people want to come and live here - they are enriching us”. What surprised me the most was that almost all the other councillors clapped and cheered! Of course the councillor lives in an area yet to be ‘enriched’! Also, what does he mean by enriching us? Does he mean that as a largely white community we have something missing? Is the increase in racial attacks something we should be grateful for? Should we be happy that most job vacancies over the last few years have gone to foreigners? Should we be happy when we get pushed further down the council house waiting list, because a ‘more needy’ family have settled here? The joys of enrichment!

Why do you think Labour have adopted that attitude, especially in Barnsley?

Because they have become less popular, there are many reasons why people have started to lose faith in them, such as the illegal war, all the extra taxes, lie after lie, the list is endless. So they are now importing voters from all corners of the world to try and ensure they stay in power. Any adult from any EU or commonwealth country can vote in the local elections, as long as they can prove that they live here.

To move on slightly, how’s the campaign going in the Darton West Ward?

Fantastic, the first time I stood in the 2006 local elections I polled 24%, with the help of the ever dedicated team of BNP activists we increased that to 27% last year. That was despite the lies and smears that the UAF and their labour cronies put out about us. The leaflets that they put out were shocking. Fortunately with the work we have done within the ward people know us and know that we are just ordinary people, who understand what is happening to our town, and want to help save it.

People don’t want to be ‘enriched’ as they call it, but unless we start to get councillors elected that’s exactly what will happen. There are already areas that have actually been ‘enriched’. The number of white women that have been racially abused has increased by a third in recent years. Is this what the council want? These are the council’s own figures, so they know about it, but choose to ignore the facts.

We do a lot of door to door VOF sales in Darton West. The paper round just gets bigger and bigger with some of our customers taking numerous copies to sell on or give to friends and work colleagues etc.

I was selling papers to regular customers in a public house recently, when a lefty who gives out searchlight magazine pointed out that his customers don’t have to pay. He soon shut up when I told him that that was because searchlight is sponsored by big business, just as labour now is! I personally find it unbelievable that the working classes have been betrayed like this.

Realistically, what are the chances of winning council seats in the borough this May?

In November last year we had the biggest political meeting held in Barnsley for many a year, with over 220 supporters attending to hear Nick Griffin speak.

We have regular activists and candidates meetings. We hold regular street paper sales, plus we sell papers door to door. We regularly leaflet and canvass the wards. We have more members than ever before. We are ready.

The Labour council underestimate the electorate in Barnsley, so to answer your question. Yes, there is every chance we will get in. The simple truth is that we cannot afford not to. We have been campaigning all year, and will be intensifying our efforts up to the elections in May.

Labour are so close to losing control of the council. It could mean that we hold the balance of power with only one or two seats! It’s all to fight for.

You say that Labour is close to losing control of the council. Is this down to the BNP in anyway?

Yes, the BNP and the Barnsley Independent Group, who have a large number of seats on the council. The BNP vote has hit Labour hard over the last couple of years and we will be standing quality candidates in their weakest wards throughout the borough, so even if we don’t win the seat but the Barnsley Independent Group does, then it is enough to remove Labour from power.

Will you be contesting the European elections next year and the general election because it’s obvious Gordon Brown bottled a general election last year?

You bet we will, it will be an exciting time. People are getting into the habit of voting for us, so we have to keep the momentum going. Labour went from being just a pressure group in 1900 to forming a government in 1924, but of course that was when they represented the working man.

We also have the London elections coming up. Even ‘Red Ken’ and ‘Barmy Boris’ agree that we will get at least one seat. We cannot let the colonisers take over our capital.

Have you got anything else planned for the year ahead?

We will be having a St George’s day party. When we get in power we will do every thing we can to help preserve the traditions and culture of this great country. We should be proud to be British, English and Tarners!

We will be celebrating in May when we get our first seats, and this will be on top of the celebrations for getting onto the London Assembly.

When we get some councillors elected this May, that’s when the real work starts. We will have access to information on what is really happening within this council. We will be under close scrutiny, so we will have to deliver. I cannot wait.

I am, but we have a brilliant team in Barnsley. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, so being part of a team means we can get the best out of everybody. I was recently contacted by a man who is almost house bound and is desperate to get involved, but obviously cannot go leafleting or doing paper sale etc. He is now our chief envelope stuffer!!!

We can get teams to go leafleting at a moments notice. This will be especially useful if we get a by-election. I have three teams in Darton West alone.

Finally, to quote Nick Griffin, ‘Barnsley could be the first area in the country where we get complete control of a council’!!! Need I say anymore?
